Meals
Breakfast and one warm meal a day are included in the price.
Usually it is dinner, occasionally lunch. Beverages are not included.
Vegetarian meals can be arranged on request (see the registration form).
Transportation
We did not want to deprive you of taking the advantage of your personal travel
agents and bonus programs; also, you may wish to arrive earlier or stay later in
Prague after the trip. Therefore we will not arrange for your transportation to
and from Prague.
We recommend using the transportation service "Cedaz" from the airport to your
hotel. They have fixed prices payable also in USD or EUR. You can also use
public transportation for 26 CZK (it takes approximately 1 hour). We can send
you more information upon request. Our representative will meet you at the hotel
to take care of registration details.
During your stay in Prague we will use mainly public transportation. It is very difficult to get by car to the historical center and it is not allowed to go there by coach. The public transportation in Prague has a high standard, is clean and safe. For traveling outside of Prague we will use a comfortable and air-conditioned coach.
After the end of the tour you can spend few extra nights in Prague. Please contact us by e-mail dvorana@dvorana.cz with your requests.
A note about prices
This year's trip is a little more expensive than in
previous years for several reasons - the falling value of the US dollar and the
strengthened Czech currency, the increased cost of gasoline for the bus tour,
and five nights in Prague, where hotels are more expensive than elsewhere in the
country. However, taking all this into account, we still believe our tour offers
excellent value and an opportunity to enjoy a unique travel and dance
experience.
