Welcome to Prague dear friends. We will begin our dancing week together in a nearby restaurant, which is walking distance away. We will have the opportunity to meet and get to know each other. There will be no program other than dinner, so that you will have the opportunity to relax after the long trip.

We will have two dancing lessons today. The lunch will be the same for everybody. We will then meet at 2 o'clock in the lobby to go on a guided tour through town. We will start the tour by visiting the Prague castle and continue through the Little Quarter to the Charles Bridge and the Old Town. We will end our tour here and allow you to spend a pleasant evening in the historic centre of the town.

We will have two dancing lessons Monday morning. Then we will enjoy free time (lunch will be served individually) and start again at 2:30 pm. We will then have short trip to the outskirts of Prague to Pruhonice, where we will enjoy a walk through the beautiful park, which was created between 1889 and 1894. After the walk, we will sit down to dine and watch a performance by the Motak folk group in a local restaurant.

We will have yet another dancing lesson this morning and spend the afternoon exploring Prague. We will visit the unique Fata Moragana greenhouse. It was opened in 2005 and encompasses three different types of landscapes. We will then walk to the nearby Troja castle (built between 1679 and 1685) and have a look at the wine exhibition in its cellar. We will have the fantastic opportunity to taste some of the wines. Those of you interested will be able to even buy some and take them to your friends! We will then walk to the harbour and return to the centre by boat. Dinner will be served on board. After docking, you can either return to the hotel or stay downtown.

Wednesday will be the dancing day. Two dancing lessons in the morning and one lesson in the afternoon. The lunch will be served individually. We will then all take the bus to the dinner and have the Swing Dance in the same building. As last time, Jakub Šafr Quartet will be performing and and Petra Ernyeiova will be singing. We will all return to the hotel together on the same bus. Please wear 1930's dresses to this Dance.

We will again have two dancing lessons in the morning and everyone will have free time to enjoy their own lunch. We will take the bus to Chocerady after the lunch and then change to a train. The train passes through the romantic landscape around the Sazava River. This trip is called the "Posazavsky Pacifik". The train will take us to Cesky Sternberk village, which is by the river. If you want to have some fun, you can try rafting in the river. The river is calm enough for everyone to try rafting. We will then have dinner in a local restaurant, which will be followed by the night tour of the castle. We will take the bus to the hotel when the tour is finished.

Grand ball in Národní dům na Vinohradech

Friday is your last whole day in Prague. We will again dance in the morning and then give you the opportunity to enjoy a nice walk through town in the afternoon. Because the grand ballroom is very close to the hotel, we will walk to the dinner and the ball. It is only minutes away.

Now it is time to say goodbye. We will all wish each other a pleasant journey and we will hope to see you soon again.
