You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements to and from Prague. This allows you maximum flexibility on individualizing your plans.
For traveling outside of Prague we will use a comfortable and air-conditioned coach. During the stay in Prague, we shall use mostly public transportation. It is easy, clean, safe, and convenient. The tram and underground train stops are just few hundred yards from the hotel.
Breakfast and one hot meal a day are included in the tour price. You are responsible for the other meal of the day. Water is included with the hot meal, but you are asked to pay for any additional beverages.
We prefer traditional Czech cuisine, which features a variety of meats. However, vegetarian meals and other dietary restrictions can be accommodated, but we must know in advance what your requirements/limitations are (see the registration form).
If you decide to spend a few more days in Prague, either before or after the tour, we’ll be happy to help you with hotel booking. Please feel free to let us know.
You can expect changeable weather in Prague and Central Europe during the fall. Temperatures may drop to 0°C (32°F) during evenings, but during the day can rise up to 20°C (68°F). We can expect some showers.
We will be walking a lot, so we recommend bringing comfortable shoes. Pack a raincoat or umbrella, just in case.
To help you prepare, and to answer some questions you may have, we recommend you watch these short and very useful videos. They are recorded by a Prague journalist who has excellent English, a good sense of humor, and who is trying to make your visit to Prague memorable, without any problems!
Of course, you can also enjoy his channel on YouTube and receive his videos directly.
