There are a limited number of single rooms available, and they will be given out on a first-registration basis. If you want a roommate, but are traveling alone, We will be happy to give you suggestions and “make introductions” via email between travelers who might consider rooming with each other.
Space on the tour will be limited to 25 people. Please register no later than September 1st, 2022. Inquiries after that date should be made by e-mail (Jan at Dvorana: dvorana@dvorana.cz) to see if accommodation space is still available.
A deposit of $500 per person, made payable to JITKA BONUŠOVÁ, is requested upon registration. If you must cancel, the policy is that prior to August 30, your entire deposit will be refunded, less a $50 processing charge. After August, deposits will be refunded, less the $50, only if we are able to fill your space.
The balance is payable after your arrival during registration in Prague. Confirmation and further details will be sent upon registration.
