There are a limited number of single rooms available, and they will be given out on a first-registration basis. If you would like a roommate, but are traveling alone, Marcie will be happy to give you suggestions and “make introductions” via email between travelers who might consider rooming with each other.
Space on the tour will be limited to 25 people. Please register no later than May 30, 2022. Inquiries after that date should be made by phone (Marcie at the Folk Arts Center: 781-438-4387) or e-mail (Jan at Dvorana: dvorana@dvorana.cz) to see if accommodation space is still available.
A deposit of $100 per person, made payable to FACONE, is requested upon registration.
After May 30 we will confirm the status of the tour, based on information surrounding the pandemic situation in both the United States and Europe.
At that point, if the tour is happening, we will ask for an additional $400 payment per person.
If the tour must be cancelled because of the ongoing Covid situation, your entire deposit ($500/person) will be refunded.
If YOU need to cancel before June 30, your entire deposit will be refunded minus a $50 processing charge; after June 30 we will refund the $450 only if we are able to fill your space on the tour.
