Prices and Registration

The price includes:

  • Accommodations in 4-star hotels
  • Buffet breakfast and one hot meal each day
  • An English-speaking guide during the entire tour
  • Admission to all places listed on the itinerary
  • Tickets for public transportation in Prague
  • Guided tour of Prague
  • Transportation around the Czech Republic with dedicated bus and driver

The price does not include:

  • Transportation to and from Prague
  • Individual transfers from and to the airport
  • Beverages at meals

(fresh water is available at all meals at no charge)

Prices for the tour in 2026:

Price for one person in double room: 3250 USD  // 4560 CAD
Price for one person in single room: 3950 USD // 5545 CAD

There are a limited number of single rooms available, and they will be given out on a first-registration basis. If you would like a roommate, but are traveling alone, we will be happy to give you suggestions and “make introductions” via email between travelers who might consider rooming with each other.

Registration info:

Space on the tour will be limited to 25 people. Please register no later than August 1, 2026. Inquiries after that date should be made to see if space is still available. Contact on email: dvorana@dvorana.cz

A deposit of $800 per person, made payable to Dvorana, is requested upon registration.
If WE need to cancel the tour, your entire deposit ($800/person) will be refunded.
If YOU need to cancel before August 1, your entire deposit will be refunded minus a $50 processing charge; after September 15 we will refund your deposit only if we are able to fill your space on the tour.

Your tour balance is payable to Dvorana by September 15, 2026.

Payment Options:

Sending a payment to the EU is typically expensive. For this reason, we have decided to use the Wise service, which will allow you to make the payment as a domestic transfer (usually free of charge on our side, but your bank may charge a fee for sending the payment). You do not need to register for the Wise service; you only need any US or Canadian bank account. For the bank transfer, please use the ACH transfer method, if that is available. If you are asked to choose a type of bank account, please select „Business Checking.“ If you have any issues, please feel free to contact us. We will confirm every single payment. Because we are not in the office daily, this process may take a couple of days. Thank you.

Please understand that you are NOT sending money to the Czech Republic. US citizens are sending money to our bank account in the US, and Canadians to our bank account in Canada.
